Early Equipment hand out
June 3    5:30pm - 6:30pm COMPLETED!

June 5   9:00am - 1:00pm COMPLETED!

June 7    5:30pm - 6:30pm  COMPLETED!

Location:   Western RV & Boat Storage, 1380 SE 3rd Ave, Canby, OR
 These will be  hand outs for kids enrolled in a full contact football camp. In order to receive gear on this date the following will need to be provided.
1. Paid registration to CYF with player contract returned to registrar.
2. Current Medical release (to be turned in at equipment hand out).
3. Proof of registration to Football Camp
4. Player must be present to ensure correct fitting of equipment.
 
Regular Equipment hand out dates.
 June 26 and July 31, 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. LOCATION CHANGE - THESE HANDOUTS WILL ALSO BE HELD AT

WESTERN RV & BOAT STORAGE, 1380 SE 3RD AVENUE, CANBY, OR
  7th & 8th grade: 10:00-12:00, 5th & 6th grade: 12:00- 1:30, 3rd & 4th grade: 1:30-3:00
 
   
 In order to receive gear you will need to have the following
1. Paid registration to CYF OR payment arrangements made with registrar.

 2. Current Medical release (to be turned in at equipment hand out).

3. Signed Player Contract.

4. Player must be present to ensure correct fitting of equipment.
 

Notes-

Any player not collecting gear at one of the 5 hand out times will need to coordinate with their respective head coach and myself, after team formation about meeting at the storage facility for gear hand out. This will need to take place around practice schedules. We encourage all Players to collect gear before conditioning, and keep this number to a minimum.
